Kenilworth, U.S. Navy form STEM partnership
Kenilworth Science and Technology Charter School and the U.S. Navy are working together to support and encourage under-served minority students to pursue career opportunities in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

LSU student group partners with KST
The LSU chapter of Engineers Without Borders is partnering with Kenilworth Science and Technology School to start a peer mentoring program and after-school tutoring.
The LSU group decided to work with the school as part of its mission as a service organization that provides technical assistance and equipment to aid development in local and international communities.

Kenilworth receives U.S. Army grant
Kenilworth Science and Technology Charter School has received a $1,260 grant for the 2014-15 school year from the U.S. Army Educational Outreach Program.
The grant will help the school participate in eCYBERMISSION, a national program coordinated by the U.S. Army and the National Science Teachers Association. The eCYBERMISSION program encourages middle school teams to use science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) to solve a "mission challenge" in their communities. Mission challenges can involve alternative sources of energy; the environment; food, health and fitness; forces and motion; national security and safety; robotics or technology.

In its mission to give students a full educational experience, Kenilworth routinely cultivates partnerships with groups through the school’s development of special programs and statewide events. Through the years, Kenilworth has established partnerships with dozens of groups, including:
